When you find yourself in Chicago, make sure you don’t miss out on the Navy Pier. Even in the winter a walk along the cold shores of the windy city, is a unique experience. Unfortunately the sandy beach of Lake Michigan provides no shelter from the icy winds. I was glad that I wore a pair of warm boots as I struggled with the cold. My toes definitely thanked me for buying a brand new pair of UGG’s. On the last day, tired from shopping, packing and sightseeing I decided to warm up at Giordano’s. After facing the cold coast I was in need of Chicago’s signature deep-dish pizza <3. This huge delicious treat is absolutely worth a try!
