A Calling for London

There is nothing like the marvellous flair of London when it comes to lightening up my mood. There is so much more to do than can be done, one simply can’t get bored in this city. Just the thought of arriving in London always seems to be enough to raise excitement. Finally being able again to stroll through the beautiful streets and past all the shops, seeing the main sights and trying out the best restaurants will never stop being amazing. I already realised that there will never be enough time to visit all the places I want to visit but that won’t stop me from trying! Since it was quite windy on the first day, a short walk through the Greens Park and some quick shopping was more than enough to get me quite chilly. Just in time to go and enjoy the amazing restaurants and bars of Soho.

With this weather I was lucky to have brought my favorite hat from Rag&Bone. It’s not really warm for this time of the year but still too hot outside for thick jackets. I decided on wearing a trench coat together with my new Tory Burch flats, perfect for a long but still comfortable day in the city. In the evening I spiced up the look with a statement necklace.

A great dinner at Whyte & Brown followed by the spectacular musical Wicked, in the Apollo theatre, was the perfect ending to a long first day in London. I was blown away by the great performance of the Wicked cast, the more than impressive costumes and the beautiful stage. If you are planing to visit London definitely don’t miss out on Broadway!
